The BRADBURY THEATer
Epic and Spacious
The largest space at Otherworld, The Bradbury is a semi-flexible blackbox with risers and independent chair seating that can fit up to 100 patrons.
The dressing room comes with a private bathroom that can be used by the actors during the show.
This space is fully ADA accessible.
Rehearsal Room Rates
• $12 per hour (3 hour minimum)
Bradbury - Performance Rates
• $1,000 per week for four performances Thursday - Sunday. Additional shows can be added at an additional cost
$150 Tech Fee
• Includes tech kit with spike, glow, gaff tape, and the paint needed to turn the space back to flat black. It also includes a venue contact person that is on call throughout tech week to help in case of emergency.
$250 deposit check- not cashed and returned when rental completes
• *Must be willing to have independent programing perform on top of set (i.e: Improv Shows, Burlesque Shows, etc.)
Late Night Programming
• $150 per night per theatre prime nights (Friday and Saturday 11 PM – Later)
• $100 per night per Mainstage off-night show
(Sunday – Thursday)

The Alchemists' Lab
Immersive & Intimate
The intimate blackbox space at Otherworld, The Alchemists' Lab is a fully flexible blackbox with independent chairs seating that can fit up to 50 patrons.
This space is fully ADA accessible.

• $8 per hour (3 hour minimum)
Performance Rates
• $700 per week for four performances Thursday - Sunday. Additional shows can be added at an additional cost.
