The world's largest Science Fiction and Fantasy play festival: featuring 40 plays in 2 days.

The 5th Annual Paragon Play Festival | November 9th & 10th, 2019

Paragon is a short-play festival dedicated to furthering Otherworld's mission of growing the genre of Science Fiction and Fantasy Theatre through the discovery and promotion of new playwrights and works. This annual event began in 2014 and we have presented 40 new science fiction and fantasy plays over this one-weekend festival every year since. 2019 will mark year 5.

Paragon returns in the fall of 2019 and we are actively seeking playwright and director submissions. If you are interested in submitting your play or applying to direct a play, check out the guidelines below!
